Composition

Black pigment on a celluloid plate is scraped with a sharp tool. A bull with a large horn with its nostrils drawn in the lower half of the frame. This bull relates to Taureau XVIII. The human figure at the top of the frame is the same character from his work 「l'Éveil de l'Asie」 in his engraving series .
